  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item must not be on our list of non-returnable items, including custom-made or personalized products.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Step 2: Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
  • Step 3: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and a prepaid return label (if applicable).
  • Step 4: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back to us using the provided return label. Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Full Refunds: If the item is returned in its original, unused condition, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price.
  • Partial Refunds: If the item is returned in a non-original condition (e.g., opened, used, or damaged), we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the product.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as personalized, clearance, or final sale items, are not eligible for return or refund.

4. Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the replacement. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: In cases where the return is due to our error or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., incorrect size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Gift cards or store credits.
  • Final sale items (as indicated on the product page).

8. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returns of non-defective, opened, or used items. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

9. International Returns

For international customers, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and any customs duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.
